This workshop will give you a basic understanding of the benefits and risks of becoming a Corporation, LLP or LLC, Sole Proprietorship, or Partnership.

Primary Topics (include, but are not limited to):

  •  Do I want to be a sole propietorship, partnership, LLC, or corporation?
  •  What is the good and bad of each?
  •  What taxes do I pay if I choose one over the other?
  •  How do I raise money to fund my company?
